They may be people who are able to compromise in a certain situation calls for it, but never when it comes to values. A good leader mirrors the values of the company. They are also able to communicate these values to others ensuring success for everyone.
Good leaders are able to handle stress and frustration when things don’t necessarily go as planned. They are able to keep the display of anger and worry in check. Keeping cool, calm and clear headed are a must for good business leaders. You don’t want someone who flies off the handle in front of those they are trying to lead thereby setting a bad example. Good leaders are people of calculated action. They are go-getters and doers, but not in some haphazard fashion: they have a plan and they take steps to implement them. Although they are great delegators they are also not afraid to get their hands dirty to get the job done.
